There Should be an App for That: Embedding Sustainability in Your Business

Have you ever sat down and wondered: I wish someone solved this problem for me. I wish there was an app for that.

Do you want to be the person who makes that happen?

In our Autumn series of workshops, the Lincolnshire Open Research and Innovation Centre will help you in exploring that. In this workshop, we will focus on the ways in which you can embed sustainability in your design and in your wider company.

There are a variety of motivators that drive businesses to become more sustainable and address issues relating to their carbon footprint. Indeed, according to research, 53% of start-ups state sustainability is essential for their business model to even be viable.

In this interactive, FREE workshop, we will guide you and your colleagues through a sustainable business canvas model to collate your thoughts and proposed actions into a toolbox you can use to embrace sustainability as core to your business planning.

This workshop is open for any business to attend, however, spaces are limited. If however you would like us to run this purely for your team/business then please do get in touch LORIC@bishopg.ac.uk and we can arrange a bespoke session for you.

NB: This event is part of a series of workshops. While it is not mandatory for you to attend all of them, there are some cross-cutting themes running across all of them.

LORIC 2.0 part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and is part of Bishop Grosseteste University.
