The Team Leader Workshop (SOLD OUT)

One Degree Training and Coaching are passionate about helping leaders be the absolute best they can be. Our CEO, Andy Nisevic, is an avid believer that anyone can be one of the greats, with the right knowledge and support. Our leadership development workshops are designed for people newly into leadership positions, personnel who would like to assume some leadership responsibility, or established leaders looking to refresh and increase their knowledge.

The Team Leader workshop focuses on how a leader can generate an effective team ethos, aligned to the ethos, values & standards of their organisation. We will delve into techniques to create an environment where personnel feel empowered to be innovative in their approach, where the status quo can be challenged for more efficient processes, and how to manage conflict in a way that everyone feels as though they’ve got what they needed and can move on.

About Andy Nisevic, Founder & Director of One Degree Training & Coaching Ltd

One Degree Training & Coaching Ltd are a specialist provider of people focused leadership training and coaching. They were founded in 2022, by Andy Nisevic, who started the business after leaving a 23-yr career in the RAF.

Andy works with business owners, or senior leaders, who despite having colleagues, peers, and staff around them, feel isolated, stressed, or overwhelmed in the workplace. These feelings often, at best, just generate guilt at delegating effectively. Which means they take on a far higher workload, resulting in less time with their family and/or friends, resulting in more guilt stress/overwhelm/isolation. But also leaves their teams feeling undervalued and uninvested in.

Andy helps leaders create true connections with their workforce. He supports them as they develop the skills, knowledge, and attitudes within their teams that means they can operate autonomously. Thus, providing them with time to grow their business, or to simply spend with the people, or doing the things, they love the most.

A FREE workshop funded by ERDF Collaboration 4 Growth (C4G project) in collaboration with Lincoln BIG.
This is a FREE workshop for all businesses, however priority will be given to those businesses in the eligible Collaboration 4 Growth areas of West Lindsey, City of Lincoln and North Kesteven.
Only businesses who are both operating and registered within Lincoln, North Kesteven and West Lindsey are eligible to receive up to 12 hours of business support at no cost thanks to the project funding from the European Regional Development Fund.
