This course is aimed at anyone within a workplace working together or still remotely. Presented by Samantha Kendall of Kendall Training.
If this year so far has taught us anything, it has been that we need to look after our mental health and wellbeing.
The topics covered on this digital course will give you an insight on how to support someone with mental ill health and also how to recognise the early warning signs.

This workshop is split into two parts, so you will be required to attend both days.
Thursday 25th February 2021 10am – 12pm
Friday 26th February 2021 10am – 12pm
Once you have registered, you will receive a Zoom invite email which will contain the meeting link you can use for both days.

After this workshop, you will be able to make a real difference in your workplace as you can recognise if your colleagues are suffering from mental health issues, and provide them with support.
