Mental Health First Aid (MHFA England course)

This 2-day Mental Health course will cover the following:

• Signs and symptoms of poor mental health
• Understand a range of mental ill health conditions including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self-harm and psychosis.
• How to ask if someone is feeling suicidal and how to help them
• Signposting available and how to access the help
• Recovery and how to support someone

This course is suitable for individuals up to large businesses.

You will be issued a workbook that you will work through. This course is interactive and includes group work activities. You will also be given access to an MHFA England app free of charge once the course is completed.
