This module introduces the key components of a global supply chain, exploring how goods, information, and finance flow between buyers and suppliers. Learners will examine how to design, manage, and optimise supply chains to support international growth.

• Explore inventory, lead times, and logistics coordination in a global context

International Trade Education Programme
