Appearing at an employment tribunal can be a daunting proposition for any employer.

In collaboration with Flint Bishop Solicitors, this unique event will give you the opportunity, within a safe environment, to witness first-hand how an employment tribunal works and how decisions are reached.

Business need

After a turbulent few years, employers continue to make very difficult employment decisions at a pace and with limited knowledge of what the future may bring.

The consequences of getting it wrong can be costly. The estimated cost to employers of defending a claim at employment tribunal is around £10,000. Losing a claim may cost significantly more.
