Lincoln BIG, as part of Collaboration 4 Growth, is offering a FREE workshop specifically designed to meet the needs of businesses based in Lincoln, North Kesteven and West Lindsey areas.

Are you in a muddle with Mailchimp? Or never tried email marketing but want to get to grips with it?
If so, this hands-on workshop will teach you the basic principles of email marketing, and how to create your own email marketing campaigns with Mailchimp.

Aimed at beginners, it will focus on the features available in the free version of Mailchimp. You will create your own email marketing campaign with Mailchimp on the day, then practice sending it out, and understanding Mailchimp analytics.

The workshop will cover:
• Building your mailing list and importing it into Mailchimp
• GDPR and permission-based emails
• Using templates and adding content to them
• Personalising your emails
• Measuring the results and following up
• Improving open rates and click throughs
• Using tags to manage your list
• create your own email marketing campaigns with Mailchimp

This is a FREE workshop for all businesses, however priority will be given to those businesses in the eligible Collaboration 4 Growth areas of West Lindsey, City of Lincoln and North Kesteven.
Only businesses who are both operating and registered within Lincoln, North Kesteven and West Lindsey are eligible to receive up to 12 hours of business support at no cost thanks to the project funding from the European Regional Development Fund.
