EU GSPR Legislation

The GPSR replaces the General Product Safety Directive (GPSD) and imposes general safety requirements for any product put on the market.

GPSR Applies from 13th December 2024 and covers all consumer products sold in the EU, online and offline to ensure that only safe products are sold on the market.
