ChamberConnect is a series of interactive virtual events which have been designed to support businesses and their staff through the current Coronavirus crisis.

Biography of Rev Canon Alan Robson:

Alan has been heavily involved in founding and being part of many rural and agricultural charities. He continues to be Lincolnshire’s Agricultural Chaplain, a role he has held for the last 16 years.

He is also Founder member of the Lincolnshire Rural Support Network –Charity and Co Ltd (LRSN), Co creator of the Lincolnshire Rural Housing Association; Initiator of the EPIC ( environment, people, innovation, choice) £7million, eco exhibition building, on the Lincolnshire Agricultural Showground; Initiator of the Rural Charities Dinners 2013/2015 which have raised £80000 to celebrate Lincolnshire Food and industry the latest highlighting Mental Health amongst young adults in the industry and dispelling stigma and myths.

Named the Countryside Alliance “Rural Hero” for 2009, Alan is also a Fellow of the Royal Agricultural Societies of England, Board Member of the Education Committee for the Showground and has been Governors and Chairs of Governors for over 30 years at various primary schools, for the last 9 years at De Aston Academy.

Biography of Rosie Green:

M.Ed. Inclusive Education, B.A. (Honours) with Q.T.S

With a wealth of relevant personal experience and over fifteen years of professional experience in the education sector, Rosie decided to set up Solutions for Inclusion and is now helping others by sharing her passion, expertise and insight.

As a Specialist Teacher, working with children and young people with complex and medical needs for over ten years, Rosie continued to add to her knowledge by completing Professional Development opportunities.

Rosie completed a Master of Education degree in Inclusive Education at the University of Hull in 2015. As a professional advocate of inclusive practices in education, Rosie aspired to improve life chances and to contribute to narrowing the attainment gap for vulnerable children and young people.

Rosie is a certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming; she utilises this training to impact positively upon many aspects of her life and professional practices.

Biography of Phil Hutchinson:

Phil created Lantern out of a passion and drive to enable the growth and development of people and organisations.

Working on a 1to1 or company wide basis, Lantern provides a range of services including, training design and delivery, coaching, mentoring and consultancy support.

Popular topics and areas for focus include leadership and management development, communication skills and difficult conversations, personal resilience and stress management, interviews and applications and also training delivery and presentation skills.
