This is a further webinar in our Leading Wellbeing through Change series which will explore the impact change has on the wellbeing of individuals in our workplaces and seeks to understand systems that can make organisations more resilient and enable our people to be their best.
Professor Dean Fathers of the University of Lincoln’s National Centre for Organisational Resilience and Dr Ian McGonagle from the College of Social Science will explore systems modelling of resilience in support of organisational wellbeing.
This will be followed by a panel discussion to reflect on areas such as inclusion, compassionate leadership and enabling people to be their very best
At a time when a big wave of redundancies is expected, this webinar aims to provide different levels of readiness and support for the organisation and their people.
