Join us for our June face-to-face Boston Chamber Network.
All businesses in Boston and surrounding areas are invited to this network, kindly hosted by Chamber members, Boston College.
The event will include an introduction to the college from George Bell, Employer Engagement Manager and will also include a short presentation from a student from generation Z about their thoughts on “Moving into the workplace”.
After lunch attendees will be given a guided tour of the new Digital, Transport and Logistics Academy which will give attendees the opportunity to observe learners who are currently using the new facilities and equipment, including a transport workshop, a network and hardware computer room, holding industry standard equipment, a driving simulator, HGV and electric/hybrid training rigs, as well as digital software ranging from basic IT skills all the way to modern smart technology to equip local employers for Industry 4.0.
How does it work?
You will get a quick introduction from the Chamber team to welcome you to the event and to keep things interesting, the format will vary from event to event. This could include a guest speaker or updates from the Chamber.
As a Chamber we want to ensure our networking events support our members and wider business community to make positive connections and to grow their networks.
Chamber members and non-members are all welcome, and the price of admission includes tea, coffee and a light buffet lunch.
Some membership packages include a free ticket to networking events – if you’d like to honour this and book your place, email us on events@lincs-chamber.co.uk
