Postponed: FREE Bank of England Breakfast
As a Chamber we have been closely monitoring the impact of the Coronavirus outbreak, with the interest and safety of our colleagues and businesses being our number one priority.
Following guidance from international and local health organisations, we have taken the difficult decision to postpone all of our events for the next two weeks, which includes this event.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, however we believe this decision to be the correct and most sensible approach at this current time.
We will be providing further updates on a rescheduled date in due course.
The Bank of England in the East Midlands runs business panel events throughout the region.
This breakfast meeting allows attendees to share insights, highlight any specific issues related to their business or sector and will also gain an insight into the Bank’s current thinking on economic conditions.
The Bank benefits greatly from the opportunity to discuss topical issues before reporting back to the policymakers in their head office.
We encourage local businesses to send at least one representative to this event so they can put their own experience into perspective by hearing of others’ experiences.
