Our networking events are designed to make building connections feel natural and enjoyable. We’re always exploring new and engaging formats that take the pressure out of traditional networking and make conversations easier to start.
We know networking can sometimes feel daunting, so we aim to create welcoming environments and shared experiences that give everyone a common starting point.
A great example is our Netwalking events. These take networking out of the boardroom and into some of Lincolnshire’s most beautiful locations. By combining fresh air, movement and conversation, Netwalking creates a relaxed setting where meaningful connections happen more naturally.
Our sector-specific roundtables bring together senior decision-makers from the same industry to share sector themes, challenges and best practice. These sessions are exclusive to Chamber members and create a trusted peer-to-peer environment where open discussion and collaboration can take place. A great example is our popular Manufacturing & Engineering Roundtable, where we visit different member sites, enjoy an exclusive tour of their facilities, and then come together for a focused roundtable discussion.
We also host our Construction & Property Network, bringing together professionals from across the sector to share insights, discuss industry developments and strengthen connections within Lincolnshire’s built environment community.
We also host a variety of topical roundtables, including our popular Bank of England Roundtable events. These sessions bring together businesses from different sectors to discuss key economic topics and hear directly from experts.
