EV Charge Point Network for Lincolnshire starts at Rand Farm Park

EV Camel is proud to announce the completion of its first public facing fast EV charge point at Rand Farm Park.  This is the first of a network of up to 30 such charging points to be installed across Lincolnshire.

The charge points are due to be installed at some of Lincolnshire’s busiest visitor attractions and businesses that are located at waypoints across the County for people travelling to the Coast or North/South.

The charge points will be free of capital cost to the host locations with the idea being to support their businesses through having this facility.

Joshua Waring at Rand Farm Park commented, ‘as the majority of our visitors arrive in cars, we think our two 22kW fast EV charging points will be an essential asset to ensure people can continue coming to enjoy our facilities as we move to a world of electric cars over the next few years.’

Richard Jones, Managing Director of EV Camel said, ‘Through having EV charge points installed by us, businesses like Rand Farm Park can see how demand grows for electric car charging over the coming years.

‘For Rand Farm Park this facility is ideal for their wide range of visitors, but due to their location they will also attract people travelling across Lincolnshire to or from the Coast to take advantage of their restaurant and entertainment offering whilst recharging their cars.’
