The EBP Launches Corporate Survey

The EBP Launches Corporate Survey

The EBP is asking the business community about their experiences working with young people, to discover more about the challenges they face when recruiting and employing those first entering the workplace.

The survey asks businesses about a range of topics including how the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted their ability to work with young people and schools, alongside identifying the most common skills gaps found in new recruits fresh out of school, further or higher education.

Michelle Allison, Chief Executive at The EBP said, “Working closely with the business community is integral to our work at The EBP. This last year has presented huge challenges in terms of how businesses can engage with schools and young people. Our corporate survey offers businesses the opportunity to tell us more about their experiences on an individual level.

“We want to hear from organisations representing all sectors and sizes to help us ensure our programmes meet the needs of the businesses we work in partnership with, both now and in the future.”

The survey is available to complete at http://bit.ly/ebpcorporatesurvey until Wednesday 5 May 2021 and takes no longer than five minutes to complete.
