East Midlands QS opens Lincoln office

Chartered quantity surveyor and project manager Addison Hunt has announced it has opened an office in Lincoln.

The Loughborough-based company has been active in the region for a number of years and its investment in the city is part of its growth strategy in the region.

Located within Sparkhouse business centre, on Rope Walk in the city, Addison Hunt’s new office will serve as a local base to be closer to clients and projects, and to be a part of the Lincoln business community.

Director Chris Hunt said: “We are active members of Team Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce and have developed strong relationships in Lincoln and Lincolnshire. It feels like the natural next step for us to have a permanent presence here and further commit to the area.

“Lincoln is an active and richly diverse place for business, and through our networks, we have found it to be a welcoming and enjoyable place to work with much opportunity.”

Director Simon Collin said: “This is a significant milestone for Addison Hunt and something we have been planning on doing for a while – so it’s great to be able to share it.

“We hope to expand our services to new audiences and grow the Lincoln team over time, recruiting local talent. The business continues to have a diverse portfolio of clients and projects and a skilled team who have all played their part in reaching this next step. We’re pleased to be part of the great city of Lincoln.”

Founded in 2016, Addison Hunt delivers quantity surveying, project management, employer’s agent, and contractor support services on multi-million-pound projects nationwide, in sectors including, retail, education, residential, healthcare, commercial and industrial.
