Bransby Horses Celebrates 50 years

Bransby Horses’ 50th Anniversary Exhibition has opened its doors to the public until 30th November 2018. The exhibition celebrates some of the biggest rescues the charity has undertaken and the changes in equine welfare over the last five decades. There is also the opportunity to see exclusive images and information about the charity’s founder, Mr Peter Hunt.

A not to be missed feature of the exhibition is the timeline, showing the 50-year evolution of Bransby Horses. What started as one man’s dream to alleviate equine suffering has now turned into one of the largest equine welfare charities in the UK and you can see each milestone along the way in the timeline.

The 50th anniversary exhibition is open daily 10am-3.30pm and a suggested donation of £1 per person is much appreciated. The exhibition is located at the charity’s Visitor Centre in the village of Bransby, eight miles from Lincoln.
