Lincolnshire businesses are being invited to turn “Blue Monday” into a fresh start for 2026 with a free, practical AI workshop hosted by local consultancy Beyond Touch Ltd in partnership with ALP Synergy. The online evening session, Blue Monday? AI is the New Order, will run on Monday 19th January, 6.30 pm – 8.00 pm, and is open to businesses of all sizes across Greater Lincolnshire.
AI is no longer a futuristic concept; it now underpins everyday tools from office software and search engines to marketing platforms and customer service systems. Many business owners are aware of AI in the headlines, but are still unsure how to use it safely and sensibly in their own operations, marketing and planning. This workshop is designed to bridge that gap, offering real examples and simple starting points without the jargon.

Beyond Touch is a Lincolnshire-based consultancy that has worked with more than 2,000 businesses through growth hubs, local authorities and direct mentoring, supporting leaders with business planning, AI adoption and innovation. ALP Synergy delivers business support programmes and training across the UK, including AI and digital skills for SMEs. Together, they will use the session to show how AI can help busy leaders reclaim time, improve decision-making and strengthen their business models, while keeping human judgement at the centre.
The 90-minute session will cover three main themes: a plain‑English overview of what has actually changed with AI for small and medium‑sized businesses; live demonstrations of practical use‑cases such as content drafting, idea generation and process improvement; and an “action sprint” where attendees use AI to work on a real task from their own business. There will also be time for Q&A, giving Lincolnshire business owners the chance to ask direct questions about risks, opportunities and next steps.
The event is free to attend for businesses across Lincolnshire, as part of Beyond Touch’s ongoing commitment to support local firms with strategic, technology and leadership challenges. Places can be reserved via Eventbrite here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/blue-monday-ai-is-the-new-order-tickets-1976892096477? (online event, organised by ALP Synergy Ltd and Beyond Touch Ltd).
