APPOINTMENT: Eddisons builds on Lincoln property management strength with new hire

Eddisons has added to the 7-strong property management department at its Lincoln office with the recruitment of Amy Willoughby as Property Manager.

Working in property management since 2019, Amy joins Eddisons from Lincoln-based developer Taylor Lindsey.

During 12 years of experience in the property sector – which began with an apprenticeship in construction – Amy has worked in both commercial and residential property management.

Her role at Eddisons will see Amy with responsibility for residential management and lettings and, in addition, oversee and build on the department’s existing block management services portfolio.

Amy is currently studying for an honours degree in Real Estate Management at Reading’s University of the Built Environment (UBE) – formerly known as the University College of Estate Management – with a view to qualifying as a chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) within the next two years.

Announcing Amy’s appointment, Charlotte Elkington, Associate Director, Property Management, Eddisons, said, “We have secured a number of competitive tenders this year that have enhanced our property management portfolio on both the residential and commercial side.

“Many of our clients – or their property portfolios – are based in the Lincoln area and they value the services of a local management agent who knows the patch and the properties well and understands the nuances of the local market, but can call on the in-house expertise of other professional property disciplines as required.

“In having lived in Lincoln all her life and having experience of the many facets of the property sector, Amy adds to the talent of our property management department who offer clients a service that effectively manages their assets and relationships with tenants.”
