The Lincoln-based firm is now CHAS, Constructionline, Acclaim and SMAS accredited, each of which is a health and safety accreditation scheme for the construction industry, which helps buyers and suppliers assess companies’ health and safety proficiency.
LGG Projects provides integrated services within the property and construction sector from high-end domestic alterations, renovations, commercial developments to self-build projects and fit-outs.
Lisa Tinker, compliance manager at LGG Projects, said: “This is a fantastic achievement and a demonstration of LGG’s commitment to the management of our health and safety systems. Our team work hard to not only comply with best working practices but to exceed them.”
Managing director, Paul Jakuc, said: “LGG Projects places health and safety at the centre of everything we do, therefore it’s a major part of our core values.
“These accreditations recognise the ways in which we act, plan and perform to highest levels of health and safety and as a team we are really pleased to have achieved all four accreditations.”
LGG Projects is currently working on a number of significant projects in the area, such as Lincoln’s premier mixed-use development; One The Brayford, Bailgate Mount; a development of nine townhouses on Motherby Hill, and the firm has been chosen to work on The Parklands; a new residential development in the village of Sudbrooke.
