Our Story: Building a Stronger Lincolnshire Business Network
We a not-for-profit, membership-based organisation committed to supporting, connecting, and representing local businesses across Lincolnshire. Our mission is to provide valuable services, facilitate business growth, and help members access the resources they need to succeed in an ever-changing economic landscape.
From our origins as the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce & Industry—the very first Chamber established in Lincolnshire—we have continually evolved to better serve the business community. Through strategic mergers with other local Chambers, including Boston, Sleaford, and Gainsborough, we became the unified and dynamic organisation now known as the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce.
Today, we proudly support hundreds of businesses across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, engineering, logistics, professional services, retail, and more.

British Chamber of CommerceOur Chief Executive: Simon Beardsley
Simon Beardsley is the Chief Executive of the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce, a leading business support and representation organisation championing the interests of local businesses and contributing to a stronger regional economy.
Simon works closely with key partners including the Greater Lincolnshire LEP, Growth Hub, University of Lincoln, Bishop Grosseteste University, and several socially focused organisations such as Community Assets Plus and the Co-operative Development Agency. He also serves as a director of the East Midlands International Trade Association.
With a strong background in forming and supporting sector-based business groups, Simon has led successful collaborations in areas such as town management, BIDs, place marketing, the visitor economy, international trade, and the food sector.
Previously, Simon had a career in commercial banking, specialising in agriculture, horticulture, property, construction, and international trade, and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
