Join us for a refreshing and empowering wellness session, celebrating women in business and the importance of movement in our working lives.
The event will begin with a 60-minute Pilates class, suitable for all abilities, designed to release tension, improve posture and re-energise bodies that spend too much time at a desk.
Following the class, hear from Charlotte, Founder, who will share why movement is so vital for our working bodies. From long hours at a desk to busy schedules that keep us sedentary, Charlotte will explore how regular movement supports physical health, mental wellbeing and long-term performance at work.
March is all about celebrating women, and this session is a chance to invest time in yourself, connect with others, and leave feeling stronger, more informed and inspired.
We’ll also be joined by Claire Burton, Head of Community Services at Women Rise Project, who will talk more about the charity’s vital work and the importance of caring for women within our local community.
Women Rise Project supports women facing some of life’s most challenging circumstances, providing safe spaces, practical support and opportunities to rebuild confidence, wellbeing and independence. Claire will share insight into the charity’s mission, the impact it has across Lincolnshire, and why community-led support for women is more important than ever.
This conversation adds a powerful community focus to the session, highlighting how wellbeing, movement and support go hand in hand.
