The session will guide attendees through a comprehensive organisational health check, including:
Reviewing governance and leadership structures
Understanding the role and responsibilities of the charity board
Ensuring compliance with Charity Commission requirements

Attendees will gain practical strategies to strengthen their organisation’s foundations, increase funder confidence, and ensure they are well-prepared for future funding opportunities.
The event also offers a valuable opportunity to network with fellow charity trustees and leaders, share experiences, and build supportive connections across the sector.
This session will be led by Gerry Morrison and Harriet Wheeldon, expert charity lawyers at Wilkin Chapman Rollits LLP.
