Trent Valley Electrical Services join Ongo’s growing commercial family

Trent Valley Electrical Services (TVES), a highly respected, family-run business based in Scunthorpe, has joined the Ongo group, as owners Jason and Debra plan for their retirement.   TVES has built a reputation delivering expert services across industrial, commercial, agricultural, and domestic sectors, including solar and battery storage. The current owners were keen to find a partner that shares their values of employee development and community investment.   They will become part of Ongo’s group of commercial companies under Hales & Coultas, as a fully owned subsidiary company. This marks a major milestone for Ongo in terms of growth, helping to strengthen their ability to deliver enhanced services, while creating new opportunities for colleagues and customers.   The acquisition will expand Ongo’s commercial portfolio and open new opportunities in renewable energy, especially in areas such as solar and battery, as well as offering complete roof and solar installations, while supporting a commitment to growth and sustainability.   Lee Coulson, Head of Commercial at Ongo said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Trent Valley Electrical Services into the Ongo family.
