Creating an International Strategy – MODULE 10

This capstone module brings together the key learnings from the program and challenges participants to create a complete international trade strategy for export or import.

Learning Objectives:
• Define strategic objectives for international trade
• Select appropriate markets and entry methods
• Align supply chain, documentation, and compliance plans
• Assess risk and build contingency plans
• Produce a comprehensive international strategy document

International Trade Education Programme

This workshop is part of the International Trade Education Programme, delivered in partnership with Export Unlocked. The programme, designed to support businesses engaged in global trade by providing the knowledge and skills needed to succeed internationally.
Workshops can be taken individually or as part of a broader qualification, with two qualification  options available.
