University of Lincoln offers Master of Sustainable Business Administration (MSBA)

The University of Lincoln’s new Master of Sustainable Business Administration (MSBA) is a reinvention of the MBA, designed to meet the challenges of the 21st century.

The programme actively seeks to imagine and create fairer and sustainable modes of organising.  Participants will be able to make the connection between global-level challenges and the day to day practice of organising and managing.

Increasingly businesses are having to show how they will deliver social value priorities, especially in public procurement. This programme provides a vehicle to develop staff with the skills and knowledge to enable transformation to a more ethical and sustainable organisation.

The principle mode of delivery will be ten learning events over a two-year programme. These two-day events will be delivered in the style of a conference, providing the participants with an immersive and intensive learning experience.

The teaching style will be problem-based, enabling students to explore real world challenges from multiple perspectives. The programme will provide a space for dialogue, contestation and the generation of radical alternatives.

Organisations have a part to play in bringing about a fairer, more equitable, zero-carbon society, and this programme will help make a meaningful step forward on that journey.
