ChamberConnect: Directors and Shareholders of SMEs – When Things go Wrong

ChamberConnect is a series of interactive virtual events which have been designed to support businesses and their staff through the current Coronavirus crisis.

About James Conduit

Specialising in corporate law and intellectual property, James’ clients operate in sectors as diverse as renewable energy, software development, road haulage, agriculture and financial services.

His recent work includes:

– Acting for a supplier/investor as part of a multimillion pound refinancing of an anaerobic digestion energy plant

– Advising shareholders on the sale of a UK company to a Dutch private equity fund

– Advising on the acquisition of a business from administrators

– Acting for the purchaser of an independent school

– Negotiating settlement of warranty claims arising following the sale of a business.

A Legal 500 Recommended Lawyer, James has a keen interest in intellectual property and technology transactions.

James has a masters degree in law from the University of London and a postgraduate certificate in intellectual property law.

This is a FREE workshop for all businesses, however priority will be given to those businesses in the eligible Collaboration 4 Growth areas of West Lindsey, City of Lincoln and North Kesteven.
Only businesses who are both operating and registered within Lincoln, North Kesteven and West Lindsey are eligible to receive up to 12 hours of business support at no cost thanks to the project funding from the European Regional Development Fund.
