We are innovation lead and operate from a state of the art production facility in Bicker, Lincolnshire. We deliver a total solution service, from the supply of core ingredients through to the manufacture of roasted vegetables, sauces, dressings, drizzles and marinades.

We are an award winning food manufacturing company based in the UK. Founded in 1999, we have worked with a diverse customer base, spanning small independent retailers through to national and multinational supermarket chains; food manufacturers and foodservice companies.

Our initial focus was on supplying various garlic varieties. From there we moved into the import and supply of ginger and today, as well as supplying over 250 food manufacturing sites, are one of the leading suppliers of garlic, ginger, sweet potatoes and butternut squash to major multiple retailers. Now, with a wide range of on-site capabilities and continual focus on innovation and new product development, we supply a wide range of cooked ingredients, sauces, dips, dressings & drizzles to customers throughout Europe, Australia and the US.
