Charles Barnascone is a highly experienced Trainer, Sales Coach and Business Development Consultant. He has worked with a large number of diverse organisations in both the private and public sector and is well versed in designing and delivering leadership and training solutions in an innovative way and providing business development support.
Charles has had a successful corporate career in sales, sales management, and staff development in the construction sector. Since starting his own business in 1997 he has worked with senior managers and directors at all levels to help them cope with the challenges which leaders face today in a demanding world.
As part of this work Charles coaches client organisations on designing strategy and implementation, or designing new systems / processes plus developing their brand, culture and teams to achieve their objectives and vision.
Charles is a published author on leadership, with other titles in the pipeline, he also developed the highly acclaimed Possibility Thinking process for driving objectives into organisations and teams.
