Ringrose Law would like to welcome two new recruits to their Children Law Department. Nicola McCourt and Charley Cook have both recently joined the firm and both bring with them a wealth of knowledge, skill and experience in Children and Family Law.

Nicola is a Paralegal at the Boston Office and has a wide range of experience and knowledge after assisting the Head of a Family Law team at another local law firm. Nicola particularly has experience in dealing with private children law and divorce clients, but also has specialist experience in helping clients with pre/post nuptial agreements, cohabitation contracts and separation agreements.

Charley has joined the firm’s Spalding Office and has over 11 years of experience working in a Family/Children Law team at a firm in Peterborough. She has experience representing parents in cases involving the Local Authority and private law disputes between parents as well as immediate family members.

Charley has successfully represented grandparents on applications for Special Guardianship Orders and continues to advise in this area of law. She has expertise in all types of Orders and applications involving children and represents in a wide range of cases involving children, across all tiers of courts.

Both recruits continue to support the growing Children Law Department. Costa Kyriacou, newly appointed Head of the Children Law Department welcomes both Nicola and Charley to the team and states:

“Both Charley and Nicola have fantastic experience and knowledge in children law. The firm is recognised as one of the biggest Children Law teams in Lincolnshire, and our latest recruits help strengthen our presence in the South of the County, being able to offer our services throughout Lincolnshire and into Peterborough.

"We also practice in Nottinghamshire. The new recruits add to our wealth of skill and expertise, and this, coupled with our ongoing Legal Aid Contract frequently makes us the first choice Solicitor for such matters. I am delighted to welcome Nicola and Charley to the team.”
