IMPS UK Ltd are an engineering company based in Lincoln, specialising in diesel & gas engine repairs, parts, service and installation.

Originally founded in 1990, the company reformed in 2012 to become IMPS UK. We pride ourselves on supplying a first class service to both industrial and marine engine operators around the world. From the supply of spares, engine services and connecting rod refurbishment to in-situ crank grinding, bedplate machining and alignment, you will be dealing with specialists of the industry.

We have a motivated management and sales team, supported by factory-trained engineers; who have a wealth of experience and are always on hand to assist with any matter associated with diesel engines and generators. By investing in technology and our employees, who are some of the leading engineers in the industry, IMPS UK have evolved to become a leader in the industry.

IMPS UK supply and manage major Turnkey installations and Bio fuel generators. We carry out large and small engine and electrical services, and we supply a comprehensive spares package to support our services. We manufacture an extensive range of products in-house such as, cylinder heads, pistons and many other components found in large diesel engines. We utilise the very latest in CNC machinery and have produced in excess of a thousand heads to date.

Our workshop facilities are surpassed by no other company within the diesel engineering industry in the UK. We can handle a variety of complex machining operations, from major engine strip downs to rebuilds. We draw on the experience of a number of highly qualified specialists from Design, Metallurgy and Torsional vibration backgrounds,  who are highly regarded in the field. Our cooperation with major engine builders has enabled us to supply packaged generators suitable for many varied applications.
