Good Lookin Cookin Go yellow for St Barnabas Hospice Campaign

On Friday 14th June all the staff at Good Lookin Cookin will be wearing yellow St Barnabas Hospice T-shirts to raise awareness of the local charity, as part of their Go Yellow campaign.

In addition to this, all 27 schools the food company provides for across Lincolnshire will be feasting on a St Barnabas themed lunch menu, including a yummy cupcake. Not only this, all staff rooms within the 27 schools will receive a special St Barnabas themed cake for staff to donate for a slice of cake if they so wish. And to add the icing on the cake, they are donating 20% of the day's takings to St Barnabas!

It doesn't end there!

All after school cookery clubs will be baking yellow themed goodies to take home and they are even offering their schools free baking sessions throughout the week so that they can sell the products to raise money for the charity.

Good Lookin Cookin will be visiting schools along with a St Barnabas representative and tweeting on @GLCookin with all their fundraising efforts on Friday 14th June.

“St Barnabas Hospice is a truly wonderful, local charity, who have indeed, at one time or another, provided the much loving care and support to members of our Good Lookin Cookin team and their families. We know what a valuable service St Barnabas Hospice provides everyday to its many patients and their families and understand that this can only happen with support from the local community.

By getting behind the ‘Go Yellow’ campaign, we hope to raise as much awareness and funds as we possibly can, to help ensure that the courageous work of St Barnabas Hospice can continue.”
