“For years, I worked with horses – clearing up their mess (literally and figuratively), building trust, and helping them do things they’d rather not. From loading onto trailers to leading herds, I’ve spent a lifetime helping horses step outside their comfort zone – and even enjoy doing it.

Now, I work with humans in much the same way. I coach leaders, business owners and teams who are ready to do things differently – whether that means leading through change, finding clarity in a messy transition, or building the kind of connection that goes deeper than a team-building day.My coaching blends emotional intelligence, strategy, curiosity and just enough challenge to shake things up (in a good way).
