Wellbeing & Resilience Workshop
ChamberConnect is a series of interactive virtual events to help you bounce back stronger by upskilling your people – from senior management to junior staff. Funded by Collaboration 4 Growth (C4G)
Have your stress levels increased during the pandemic? Is working from home altering your work life balance and starting to overwhelm you? Are you now struggling to maintain motivation as a result?
John Armitage, founder of Natural Health, will be presenting a full day interactive workshop which will provide an overview of wellbeing and resilience.
The session will explore wellbeing and our learning from the pandemic, what impacts it and what we know supports it in the workplace.
Topics and tips will include:
- Understanding and reducing stress and overwhelming
- Maintaining motivation and work-life balance
- Valuing soft skills, such as mindful and active listening, kindness, gratitude, self-care and compassion
- Simple practices for keeping calm and focused
- Secrets and benefits of good sleep
- Strategies for building resilience.
A FREE lunch will be provided at the workshop.

A FREE workshop funded by ERDF Collaboration 4 Growth (C4G project) in collaboration with Lincoln BIG.
This is a FREE workshop for all businesses, however priority will be given to those businesses in the eligible Collaboration 4 Growth areas of West Lindsey, City of Lincoln and North Kesteven.
Only businesses who are both operating and registered within Lincoln, North Kesteven and West Lindsey are eligible to receive up to 12 hours of business support at no cost thanks to the project funding from the European Regional Development Fund.
