Payment Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions are applicable to all chamber events, and the project events that the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce is delivering. 

Membership 

Payment 

An invoice will be raised upon completion of the membership application form. Full payment must be made within 30 days of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend membership services until full payment is made. All membership prices are subject to VAT being added. 

Late payment 

In the event of late payment we reserve the right to charge interest on all outstanding amounts at the rate of 5% per calendar month, or part from the last date that payment was due to the date that payment was made. 

Events

Payment

An invoice will be raised upon confirmation of booking. We reserve the right not to allow delegates to attend events unless full payment has been received. All courses are subject to VAT being added.

Late Payment

In the event of late payment we reserve the right to charge interest on all outstanding amounts at the rate of 5% per calendar month or part from the last date that payment was due to the date that payment was made.

Cancellation Fee

Cancellations must be made in writing to enquiries@Lincs-Chamber.co.uk  seven days prior to the event for a full refund. Failure to attend with no prior notice will incur the full event cost.

Changing Delegate Details

There is no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace an existing delegate. Please inform us as soon as possible before the event start.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel any event at any time without liability. In the unlikely event of this happening delegates would be offered an alternative date, event or a full refund.

Times are as specified when booking.

Training

Payment

Late payment may result in delegates not be admitted to the course and / or to interest being added at 5% above bank base rate.

The Lincolnshire Chamber reserves the right not to allow delegates to attend courses unless full payment has been received. All invoices, irrespective of the course location will be issued by the Chamber of Commerce. 

All cheques should be made payable to Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce. Please call us for BACs payments. Card payments will be accepted for short notice bookings and by arrangement.

All courses are subject to VAT being added.

Transferring Delegates

There is no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace an existing delegate. Please inform us as soon as possible before the event start.

Cancelling Courses

Cancellations on booked training courses must be made seven days before the course is due to start. Failure to do so will result in the full fee being paid. Cancellation requests must be made in writing or e-mail Enquiries@Lincs-Chamber.co.uk

We reserve the right to alter course contents without prior notice as all of our courses are constantly updated to maintain a high standard of quality.

All times are included in the event listing. *Unless specified otherwise

Lunch

Lunch may sometimes be provided with all full day programmes; advice will be given before the event. Please advise our staff beforehand of any special dietary requirements.
