Networking Events

Lincolnshire Chamber Networking Events provide an effective marketing platform for creating and developing opportunities and a network of contacts, based on referrals and introductions. These can be both a route to market and a marketing method. Our Networking Events offer a way to engage with Lincolnshire businesses through relationship building and recommendations.

 

The Lincolnshire Chamber hosts a variety of Networking Events across the county to encourage business growth. Enhance your business contacts whilst raising the profile of your organisation. The exchange of business cards is encouraged so please ensure you have some available at the event.

Networking Lunches

On the day, delegates arrive and are greeted with a delegate pack and a drink. They are then encouraged to network with other members, and hosts are on hand to ensure that everyone feels welcome. After everyone has taken their seat and distributed their business cards, the table hosts will begin their short presentations to the table for everyone to introduce themselves and their company.

After dinner, a business card draw is made and the winner is given the chance to stand up and speak for 2 minutes to the entire room.

Sponsorship of these events is as follows:

  • Your logo on all promotional material associated with the event
  • Your company name associated with the event in all publications and on our website
  • Your logo on all badges, table cards and delegate lists distributed on and prior to the day
  • Your company literature in all delegate packs
  • A 5-10 minute presentation prior to lunch
  • Space for an exhibition stand
  • 2 free places at the lunch
  • A lead question on the evaluation form (followed with the names and addresses of all who ticked for further information)

Area Lunches

These lunches offer you the opportunity to bring fellow area based business members into your premises to promote yourself. If this is not convenient, we can hold the event here at Commerce House.

The Area Lunches last for 2 hours and begin with pre-dinner drinks and networking. Buffet lunches are provided.

Speed-Networking

Speed-Networking is an alternative way to promote your business. It is all about quickly sharing ideas and meeting new people. In just one hour, you will have a new network of useful contacts and potential customers.

As with our other networking events, delegates are greeted with a delegate pack and a drink, and encouraged to network.

Before delegates start Speed-Networking, there will be a chance to present to the room for 10 - 15 minutes.

Business Updates and Legislation Updates

These events are usually held first thing in the morning or in the evening and last for 2 hours. Breakfast rolls or a buffet supper is included, and there is also the opportunity to network.

Topics of interest for all businesses from Selling Online to Employment Law.

To sponsor these events, a speaker will come from your company to present for approximately 1 hour on a pre-arranged topic. For this, you will receive:

  • Your logo on all promotional material associated with the event
  • Your company name associated with the event in all publications and on our website
  • Your logo on all badges and delegate lists distributed on the day
  • Your company literature in all delegate packs
  • A lead question on the evaluation form (and the names and addresses of all who ticked for further information)

Please note, there can be no guarantee made as to the number of delegates at any one event.
