Saudi Arabia – New Procedures for Origin Marking

Saudi Arabia – New Procedures for Origin Marking

16th Feb 2009

Many of you will have heard already from the Arab-British Chamber but this is a reminder that, with effect from 1st February 2009, all goods being exported to Saudi Arabia must be clearly labelled with the country of origin.

Exporters who already have goods en route to Saudi can contact Intertek International Limited for further assistance by telephone on 01277 359 770 or by email on This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , who have an office in Riyadh and may be able to help with any problems faced at customs.
