Budget Breakfast - 23rd June 2010

The new coalition government announced its Budget on 22nd June 2010 and the Lincolnshire Chamber, in partnership with Nicholsons Chartered Accountants, were in a prime position to be able to offer members, non-members and Nicholsons clients an early morning Budget Breakfast on June 23rd 2010.

The event was attended by around 50 business people with a keen interest into how the Budget will be affecting them both in their professional and personal day-to-day living.

Delegates were able to spend the first half hour enjoying breakfast rolls and refreshments whilst discussing the budget contents with Nicholsons staff and other attendees. This was followed by an excellent presentation by Steve Kerby, Tax Specialist for Nicholsons Chartered Accountants. The presentation covered a good range of areas of the Budget, and all delegates were also provided with delegate packs complete with a copy of the presentation to be taken away.
