The following questions are frequently asked about our website. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you can not find an answer for your question.

How can I recover my password?

  1. Click on the Lost Password link in the grey log in box in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Enter your username (membership number) and email address before clicking Send Password
  3. A new password will be sent to the email address registered for your user account.

How do I set up a Member Directory listing?

Directory listings are only available for members of Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce. Details on how to become a member are available on the Membership section of this site. If you are already a member you should have a username and password to be able to log on to the site. You will need these details before working through our guide to adding a directory listing.

Can I have more than one directory listing?

The directory limits entries to one per member. Some members choose to join the Chamber with each of their businesses in order to receive the many benefits available.

How do I purchase an item from the eStore at the discounted rate?

Discounts are only available for members of Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce. Details on how to become a member are available on the Membership section of this site. If you are already a member you should have a username and password to be able to log on to the site. You will need these details in order to purchase courses and events at the discounted rate.

How can I review my previous eStore purchases?

Simply log into the site by entering your username and password in the grey box that is in the top right corner. Then click eStore Account in the list that replaces it.

All export documents that we provide can now be purchased 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our eStore. Simply log in to the website and visit the eStore > International Trade Documents for a list of all the documents available.
