Lincolnshire Police Authority is pleased to introduce the Budget Simulator element of its website. By clicking on the link below you will be able to adjust the various elements of the Lincolnshire Police Budget, increasing it, or decreasing each area as you feel is best. Please click here to view it.
Once you have made your decisions, the Budget Simulator calculates if you are under or over budget, and how that would effect the average council tax payment. You can find out more about what each budget section includes by clicking on its title. Once you have made your decisions, click ‘submit’ and your opinions will be sent to the Police Authority who will use the results to influence their decision making.
You can either complete the budget anonymously, or if you want to be in with a chance of wining the prize, leave your contact details. Once you have completed the simulator yourself, please email the link to everyone in your address book from Lincolnshire, and let as many people as possible have their say.

Lincolnshire Sports Partnership is launching Lincolnshire’s first Corporate Games Summer Series event this summer. This is a chance for colleagues to bond over Netball rules, to discuss Kwik-cricket or to take their frustration out on a shuttle cock. The Summer Series will run for 6 weeks every Wednesday starting on Wednesday 19th May 2010. Teams will consist of 10 people (no more than 6 males on a team of 10), although 20 names can be nominated under a team name allowing for variety within the team. The teams will play a different sport every week and will result in a winning team at the end of the series.
The benefits of sport to businesses are building employee confidence and loyalty, bonding your organisation through sport, health, fitness and fun and enhancing awareness of the company name, product, service, or presence in the community. Please click here for the application form.
