The campaign to get protected status for Lincolnshire sausages now needs to get support from the general public. Protected status would mean that sausages sold with the Lincolnshire Sausage name would have to be made in Lincolnshire and could not be made elsewhere (such as in Essex). This would help safeguard and create Lincolnshire jobs and our farming industry and, looking to the long term. Please click here to sign the petition, and thank you for your support!
