In today's highly competitive marketplace, businesses must continually adapt, evolve and improve if they are to remain successful. This workshop in partnership with UPBS helps you to use proven management techniques to identify forces for organisational change, plan for change effectively, remain competitive by reacting to changes in the business environment, communicate the need for change, and take a systematic approach to planning and implementing change programmes. Explore the concept of Continuous Improvement; why it’s vital that your business continually improves and adapts its products and services to safeguard ongoing profitability and understand and communicate the benefits change can bring. Develop your business/organisation and gain an accredited management qualification. Each module carries credit points towards a full ILM management qualification. You may also be eligible for Leaders First grant funding to cover the full course costs.

Please note that there is an additional cost of £7.50 +VAT for lunch/refreshments per person per day.
