Asbestos Awareness Workshop

Delivered in partnership with ACMS (Asbestos Compliance Management Services), this training is mandatory for any employees, "who are liable to come in to contact with asbestos in the course of their work" (Reg 10, Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006). The course content includes, Legislation and guidance; The properties and health effects of asbestos exposure; Types, uses and risks of Asbestos containing materials (ACM's) in buildings; General emergency procedures for accidental disturbance of Asbestos, and; Safe working practices and general management techniques.

Lunch/refreshments are included on this course.
